At CatchaCoach, our mission is to foster a safe, supportive, and active environment for everyone. By using our platform, you agree to uphold the following standards:

• Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: We are a diverse community. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age is strictly prohibited.

• Professionalism in Coaching: Coaches are expected to maintain professional boundaries. All interactions should be focused on fitness, health, and wellness goals.

• Courteous Communication: Whether you are chatting with a potential sport partner or a coach, keep language respectful and constructive.

• Consent and Boundaries: Always respect the physical and personal boundaries of your sport partners and coaches, especially during in-person sessions.

• Health Responsibility: Trainees should consult with medical professionals before beginning new fitness regimens. Coaches must not provide medical advice outside their scope of certification.

• Safe Meeting Practices: When meeting a new sport partner for the first time, we recommend choosing a public, well-lit fitness center or park.

• Accurate Profiles: Users must provide truthful information regarding their identity, skills, and certifications. Misrepresenting your qualifications as a coach is a violation of community trust.

• No Spam or Solicitation: CatchaCoach is for building fitness connections. Do not use the platform to send “cold” marketing messages, spam, or to promote unrelated commercial products.

• Transparent Reviews: Reviews left for coaches must be based on actual experiences. Fraudulent or “revenge” reviews are subject to removal.

• Illegal Acts: Do not use the platform to coordinate any illegal activities.

• Explicit Content: Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive media is strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

• Privacy: Do not share the personal contact information (phone numbers, home addresses) of other users without their explicit consent.

We utilize a combination of automated filters and human moderation to keep our community safe.

• Reporting: If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, use the “Report” button immediately.

• Consequences: Violations may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the infraction.
