Which devices are supported?

The CatchaCoach app is currently available for Android and iOS devices. Please note that tablet-specific optimization is not yet supported.

Is CatchaCoach GDPR compliant?

Yes. We take data privacy seriously and are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell user data or utilize it for third-party ad targeting. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy.

How do I find a sport partner?

As a trainee, you can filter for specific sports and locations. CatchaCoach will identify users with matching interests in your vicinity. Once you find a suitable profile, you may send a partner request; upon acceptance, you can coordinate your workouts via our in-app chat.

How do I choose the right coach?

Trainees can search for coaches using several professional criteria:

• Verified Reviews: Evaluate coaches based on feedback and ratings from other trainees.
• Transparent Pricing: Select a coach that fits your specific budget.
• Flexibility: Choose between digital remote coaching or face-to-face sessions.
• Customization: Review the coach’s ability to provide tailored fitness programming.

Does CatchaCoach have formal agreements with coaches?

CatchaCoach operates as a platform provider. We do not enter into employment or predefined service agreements with coaches. Both coaches and trainees are valued independent users of our service.

How do I report inappropriate content?

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or harmful content. Users can utilize the “Report” button located on every profile to flag content for immediate review by our moderation team.

How can I protect myself from harassment?

Your safety is our priority. You may use the following tools:

• Report: Flag any user for a breach of community guidelines.
• Block: Permanently prevent a user from contacting you via the “Messages” tab. You can manage your “Block List” under Settings > Privacy.

Who is authorized to contact me?

• Trainees: May be contacted by other trainees for sport partnership requests.
• Coaches: May be contacted by trainees regarding professional services.

Can I make my profile private?

Trainees have the option to set their profiles to “Private” (Settings > Privacy). This prevents unsolicited contact from new users while still allowing you to utilize the “Catch a Coach” feature to find professional guidance

Can I migrate my existing clients to the app?

Yes. You can invite your current clients by sharing your unique referral code (Found under More > Generate Code). Clients can enter this code in the “Catch a Coach” section to find and link with your profile directly.

Can coaches also use trainee features?

Absolutely. Coaches can toggle the “Switch Account” feature (More > Switch Account) to utilize the app as a trainee. To return to your professional coach profile, simply log out and log back in.

How do I deactivate or delete my account?

• Deactivation: Navigate to Settings > Deactivate. This pauses your visibility and notifications. You can reactivate at any time by logging back in.

• Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your personal data from our systems.

Note: Coaches with active client contracts cannot deactivate or delete their accounts until those obligations are fulfilled.

What is the cost of using CartchaCoach?

You can start free of charge as trial, then continue with our pricing plan:

• Trainees: Following the trial, the service remains free of charge (€0 /month)
• Coaches: After the trial period, coaches may select from several competitive subscription plans tailored to their business needs
