Catchacoach is a social networking mobile application with a focus on sports and heath. It connects people together to practice sports. The Application is offering two main features:
First feature is to connect a person with a coach for online or in person coaching.
Second feature is to connect two persons interested in one sport or more to practice it together.

Catchacoach is for anyone who wants to practice sport and cares about his/her health.
You could be a trainee who is seeking a sport partner near your location.
Or you could be a coach, so you can gain new clients and follow up with them using catchacoach App.
Or you could be a trainee who is searching for a coach (either online or in-person).

Currently catachacoach application is available on the Android mobile phones, and soon will be available on the iOS mobile phones.
It is not available on Tablets yet.

Yes, catchacoach application complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We don’t use your data for ad. targeting, we don’t sell it to others.
Catchacoach only keeps the information it needs to function.

As a trainee, you can define one or more sports to search for near your location.
Catchacoach will search for a sport partners intersted in same sports your searched for and show you the results.
You can browse different users’ profiles and send a sport partner request.
Once your request is accepted by your desired sport partner, you can start chatting to meet up and practice sports together.

As a trainee, you can search for a coach based on one or more criterias:

• Reviews — you can see current reviews of the coach and how many trainees did review the coach.
• Price — you can select the suitable coach for you based on the offered price.
• Coaching type Online or In-person — You can follow up with your coach online, or meet your coach in-person.
• Personal customization done for you — how efficient the program customized for you by the coach.

No, catchacoach does not have any predefined agreements with the coaches.
Coaches and trainees are all clients for catchacoach.

catchacoach application has a “Report” button which let you flag illegal contents for our moderators in just a few steps. In any profile screen you can find the “Report” button to report the user.

In order to avoid harassment, you have multiple options to use:

• Use “Report” button – All profiles have a “Report” button which you can use to report the owner of this profile.
• Use “Block” button – From the “Messages” tab, you can block a certain user. To unblock go to “Settings” – “Privacy” – “Block list”.

You are a trainee, then you could be contacted by another trainee as a sport partner.
You are a coach, then you could be contacted by a trainee as your client.

Yes, as a coach you can invite your clients to catchacoach by sending them your code.
You can find your code by browsing “More” tab – “Generate Code” – make sure the toggle is “ON” – copy the code and send it to your clients.
Later the client can use this code to search for you by typing the code in “Catch a Coach” screen then click “Find a Coach”. This will send you a join request which you can accept or reject.

Yes, as a coach you can do “Switch Account”.
Browse “More” tab – then turn “ON” toggle “Switch Account”

This feature is only available for coaches.
As a coach you can switch your coach account to a trainee account where you can get benefits from trainee’s features and act as a trainee.
You will not be able to browse your own coach profile and to switch back to your coach account, you will have to “Logout” and “Login” again.

This feature is only available for trainees.
As a trainee, you can make your profile private to avoid getting contacted by other users unless there was already a connection with other users before.
When you activate this feature you will not be able to use “Sport Partner” function, but you will be able to use “Catch a Coach” function.
You can use this feature to avoid new users from contacting you.
Browse “More” tab – “Settings” – “Privacy” – make “Private Profile” toggle ON.

Any user can log out by browsing “More” tab – “Settings” – then click on “logout”.
Please note that you will still receive notifications from the application.

Any user can deactivate his/her account by browsing “More” tab – “Settings” – then click on “Deactivate”.
Please note that a coach with an active trainees cannot deactivate his/her account.
When you have a deactivated account, you will be automatically logged out and will not be able to send or receive any request.
Also you will not receive any notifications.
In order to reactivate your account, you will have to login to the application.

Any user can delete his/her account by browsing “More” tab – “Settings” – then click on “Delete Account”.
Please note that a coach with an active trainees cannot delete his/her account. Your personal data will be deleted.
